- I am a counseling professor passionate about human rights,social justice, and the power of transformative learning. I teach graduate classes at a small, Catholic University in Miami, Florida, and I love the creativity and study of teaching and learning that transforms. I have been a psycho-therapist for many years serving people from womb to tomb. I am interested in new ways of dealing with old problems and truly value the creative connections that can emerge through authentic, human relationships. I am leaving for Slovenia, University of Primorska, on a Fulbright Scholarship in February. I am so excited about this experience and hope to share my learning with you.
